To be eligible for the offer, you must register any American Express Card at amexnetwork.com/extremelocal between 12:00am EST November 16, 2009 and 11:00pm EST December 20, 2009. You may only register one Card for this offer and the same registered Card must be used for all qualifying purchases to receive the statement credit. Certain American Express Cards, including prepaid and Corporate Cards, as well as additional Cards with a different Card account number, are not eligible.
