Atlantic Southern Bank is offering an ultra high rate for it’s 13 month CD with guarantee rate of 3.00% APY.  Minimum deposit of $500 is required when opening.  The national average for one year CD is less than 1.50% APY.  

Atlantic Southern Bank is a member of FDIC and has 16 branches in Georgia and Florida.  Unfortunately there is no online registration and all account must be open with a branch visit.
