Open a Delta Skymile Amex Card and get 30,000 Miles.  The requirements are very simple and does not requires $10,000 or $25,000 in purchases.

Earn 20,000 Bonus Miles for your first transaction.  Any transaction will do.  Earn another 10,000 Bonus Miles after spending $1,000 or more within the first 3 months.  There is no annual fee for the first year, $95 thereafter.  When you’re approved for the Card, you will be automatically enrolled in the SkyMiles program
