There is an ATM fee which is waived for direct deposit customers at MoneyPass ATMs. It’s free to reload your card when done at a Walmart store.

Other benefits include the ability to deposit checks and transfer money through the Bluebird app for iOS and Android devices. You can also create up to 4 Sub-Accounts for your family. Other services include 24/7 Amex Customer Service, Purchase Protection, fraud protection, Global Assist Services, Roadside Assistance.
