Through April 30, 2013, Virgin America will match your status on United Air Lines or American Airlines. If you have elite status on either of those carriers, Virgin America will upgrade you to Elevate Gold or Elevator Silver, without losing your benefits on other airlines. To take part, you must:
- Join Elevate
- Then, e-mail statusmatch@virginamerica.com with your Elevate number + one of the following:
- A copy or screenshot of your most recent mileage summary showing your name and current elite level.
- A copy of your membership card that identifies your name and current elite level in the United Air Lines or American Airlines frequent flyer program.
